Africa has been cooking on open fires since 'time immamorial' We use locally sourced meat which is infused with a taste of the exotic from the mixture of southern african cultures.

The two most popular menus are listed below, but is not all we do. We are more than happy to discuss your requirements and create a bespoke menu just for you. Flatties, spare ribs, roosterbrood are just an example.

We cater from the small corporate lunch to the large wedding, or functions with up to 2000 people, such as firework night at BP.

Everyone loves a good barbecue and we believe that we know how it really should be done.
