Wedding BBQ Menu

From our menus, any  number of combinations can be created to suit your tastes and budget. Our most popular arrangement is:

Starters

• A selection of canapes, waitress served, usually about an hour before the main meal, while your guests enjoy their welcome drink and casual conversation, and the bride and groom are having their photographs taken.

Main course- Boma 2 BBQ

• Our boma 2 bbq option has been the most popular, giving a choice of 4 meats. Borewors (South African sausage) , 4oz minute steak, lamb sosatie (kebab), and peri peri chicken, served with 5 salads, rustic bread and sauces.

Dessert

• Fresh friut salad and cream or Debby's own white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake.

Of course the BBQ can be replaced with a spit roast.

The cost for up to 100 people is £24.50 per head

• 101-200 people - £22.90 per head
• 201 plus - £18.00 per head.

You choose, we supply and cook.

The prices include 3 staff to cook and serve. Extra waitressing staff can be provided at £10.00 per hour.

Disposable plates, cutlery and serviettes are included in the price, but if you would like china crockery and cutlery we can supply it at a cost of 1.50 per place setting.

Our custom made Spit roast machines are imported from South Africa and recreate the succulent tastes of homecooked roast, but bigger and better. The meat is infused with light seasoning and served from a hot wok.

A gourmet meal or just a roll in a servietee, it is your choice. We have thousands of satisfied customers.
